Company's Gone Yes!

I Get My Room Back!!!!
(Why do they insist on calling it a spare room, it isn't spare it's my room!)

I get my favorite green chair and I get my bed.

Life is good again. xoxox Finbar

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm going to one of my favorite chef's house for dinner tomorrow, I can't wait.

I am getting the water-in-the-basement estimate tomorrow too.

Tonight I can pick going out or take out and I'm having a problem choosing my cuisine of choice.

Stay in sweats or get dressed to go out. Right now sweats are winning.

I will not watch the news today and I will go out in the yard for a little sun. Remember, the sun is not your friend. It causes skin cancer even in very young people. Be careful, wear a hat, wear sunscreen. The hole in the ozone layer makes even a little sun very dangerous. Since skin cancer decided to descend upon a young ( in her 20s) family member, I feel it's my job to caution everyone; it can happen to you too.

Even basal cell carcinoma, thought of as common and easy to cure, can be devastating and need extensive surgery. Most skin damage is done by 18 years old so cover up the kids!

I mean it!

yes I did go to your blog to see who Finbar was. I do agree, both are adoreable. But I've seen Caboose in action, he can get rough. ;)

Hi Miss Mini...Finbar is beyond glad to have his room back. He hates company.

Hi Tim! I was just kidding around on Nic's - let's face it all cats are beautiful. Fin is not rough though...he's got 6 extra claws so if he were rough he'd do a lot of damage. Thanks for stopping by!

Nothing like a red hot pussy war Nic!

I post Finbar photos because I have nothing important to say -- don't let Fin know that. Of course Caboose is a girl, silly Tim. Caboose looks like a girl.

If Finbar could talk he'd sound like a castrated Carey Grant.

Evil Chime, your writings are amazing. You mind is so sharp you could write about breakfast cereal and it would end up an OP-Ed piece.

You make me think and rethink every opinion I ever had. Love you for that.

Gavin, we usually agree on everything, but I have to say, Finbar - although he was castrated against his will, would sound more like Jimmy Stewart or Kevin Spacey or Cher. Just my opinion. ;-)

Oh Mary... mega blush!!! Thanks though. It feels good to get some of that out and even better to get comments that keep the conversation and the thought process going! Today I was listening to Greg Palast on radio - Rove calls him a Brit because he works for the BBC but he's born and bred American. Rove hates him because he has been exposing all the not so little lies and deceptions the spin-meisters are tossing at us. What boggles the mind (and it boggles Palast's mind too!) is ABC has an agreement with BBC that they can air everything Palast does for FREE! And ABC says not interested... do you think the decision maker there has fur and big round ears?
