I'm sorry for Tiger Woods and his problems but it sure has been nice to have Mrs. Palin in the background for a while. I do not understand how Palin keeps on keeping on and who on earth can listen to her without gagging. May more sports legends cheat on their wives so that she can continue to run in the background of the news like the malware she is.

Obama worries me; I feel he doesn't represent me now...he's too mainstream for my blood and now more soldiers in the middle east when does it end?

Now by saying I'm not happy with Obama, I in no way mean I would have prefered the old man and his toy or any other republican. I've made a sacred vow I shall not ever vote for a republican again for as long as I shall live.

Since you told me this site existed, I felt an obligation to visit and leave a note. I have slowed down on my blog simply because of a computer virus (will the health care reform fix that?) and a lack of time. I want to get to the point where I can kick back and diddle with a manuscript all day, maybe go fishing and then off for a drink. Sounds a lot like Hemingway. Good to know someone lived the dream. The truth be told, and it rarely is told, Hemingway lived off trusts funds of his wives (yes, he did). First there was Paris and then Key West. Truse Story: Hemingway was once enticed to relocate to ... sit down .. hold on ... get ready ... BRIDGEPORT! It is true! Pauline, one of his wives, had a rich uncle living in Easton. But Ernest (wise man that he was) took a car and a place in Key West. Now, let's run with this nugget a bit, suppose Papa came to B'Port and set up shop. Do you see him on a Town Committee? Do you see him at zoning board meetings? The possibilities are endless...

Not only that, I can't see a sea of polydactyl cats hanging around Ralph and Rich's or mewing at the courthouse doors.

Sorry about the virus...as you can see my blog isn't much but it's been around a long time so you can type in mary bishop no quotes and I'm first in google...that's worth holding on to. I'm leaving for pizza and I'm dying for pizza...this is a good moment for me. Thanks for stopping by John.
