Linda, I am so depressed right now - I don't have the feeling that people get the importance of this election.
I hope I'm happily surprised tomorrow but somehow I feel Dems have become the new Satan to most Americans.
the picture with the tongue is just precious but i'm sure you know that.
as for the vote, i'm not sure how much it's that people don't realize the importance, but that *SO* much mudslinging has been going on, and people tend to be too lazy to find out the real truth, that it will come down to advertisements as usual. (sigh) I kind of wish that things like Factcheck.org were mandatory reading for those who are registered, but then, we'd probably lose a lot of voters when people don't want to bother reading...
