In the future everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes. Andy Warhol

And you know what?

After watching the media circus surrounding Anna Nicole Smith's body and Britney Spears wig-out, so to speak...I think 15 minutes of fame is all anyone can take before becoming totally nuts.

Fame or infamy? That is the question!

Irina, I think even Shakespeare would have trouble writing a play about these two women and the ensuing insanity!

Maybe not...maybe they are just female Hamlets struggling with the eternal question of life...

At times I wonder if overcoverage of silly non-news subjects are a planned distractions from real news. But I also suffer from invisible bugs all over me.

Seeing her mother really does explain some of Anna Nicole's addiction though doesn't it? I mean lord would I ever drink etc if that was my mother. Makes me wonder what her child hood was like.

Gavin...you've got those bugs too? ;-)

Truthfully, I need a diversion from the war, and just about everything that comes out of this current administration that makes those bugs appear.

Nate, most of the people I love are partly nuts...the ones I can't relate to are the ones who have all the answers for all the questions. Those people make me itch...must be the bugs mentioned above.

Michelle, I have to say that fake mother makes me want to bitch slap her...right now she's responsible for that woman to stay refrigerated and decaying without burial.

I'd much rather have Howard K. Stern by my mother.

Michelle, Maybe I meant "by my mother" in some subliminal way...but what I meant to type was BE my mother.

Virgie oy...and that judge calling her mom and mama...puke

You know I'm a diehard andy fan, and I really don't think he meant for this to happen. I still feel so sorry for Anna and the little baby. Britney is crazy-I agree with Nate, she was before and now she has snapped.

Mini - I know I would have lost my mind when my personal freedom was lost. I'd rather be poor and nobody.

PG - Now they say Britney has post partum depression and Anna Nicole lived in constant pain with Lupus so everything is explained!

And that evil witch Virgie who lets her daughter rot rather than have her buried....how could she do that?

Lots of people hate Howard, but I don't. I think he loved her and he loved her fat or skinny. He was the only constant in her life for years. As far as living off of her - you could only have one client like her especially with a supreme court challenge on the will. Birkhead lived off of her too - he only had her as a client when he was with her. But Virgie, she was a nothing who now wants to get her hands on all the things Anna wanted to keep her away from.
