It's a neat idea, but then he'd claim that he was ordered to receive one by a "higher father" and all the fundies would start backing him up. Then all of a sudden there'd be precedent not only for him, but for all of the evangelicals too. And of course, ala the old fashioned religions and controlling the masses - the BJ would then become a plenary indulgence, and would be doled out by those in charge to keep people following and supporting them.
On the flip side - that could then help justify homosexual acts... (there's always a silver lining, even in my twisted little mind... :) )
