Getting High
There is no place high enough for Finbar now. If he could walk on the ceiling he would. He's attempted it a few times. Now when I'm looking for him, I don't look on the beds, or the once favorite and often photographed "green chair" -- all I have to do is look up!

congrats on all the construction being done! :)
As for finbar - I love these shots - I just have these images of a dive bombing kitty cat. I mean in that first shot it looks like he's prepping for a leap... :)
have a great weekend!
Ilanna, I feel like breaking out in song: Climb every mountain, ford every stream,
Follow every rainbow, 'til you find your dream!
Finbar's theme song I guess hahahah
Oh my gosh! Landon is exactly the same way!
Every since he could jump up, he goes higher and higher. Currently, we have this tambour unit in the kitchen with molding around the top.
I don't know how he fits in there (Landon is kind of chunky), but somehow he squeezes in-because it's the highest point in the house.
I think Finbar and Landon would be good buddies.
my first kitty used to do that. i would come home and i would hear her but couldnt find her and then i come into the kitchen and there she'd be on top of the cabinets or the fridge...
oh yeah pics up:) on my side...
Jeni, does Landon come down covered in dust? The top of my kitchen cabinets is not tidy...it's terrible actually and thanks to Finbar it's being dusted daily by his tail. I do think our kitties would love each other, probably have a competition on who can climb the highest!
Hi Mini...cool, new pics, I'm coming for a visit!
He's got some crazy eyes there. Pen does the same thing except he yells at you when you walk by and dont notice him. He's scared the living bejeeebus out of me a few time doing that.
Pen sounds like Finbar with a voice. Fin has no meow to speak of...he skulks around without sound and even his purr can only bo known by putting your ear to his throat. Weird cat but I love him, obviously!
Finbar says, "I'm the king of the world!"
Ah, that's the joys of gray fur. If there's dust-who can tell?
:-)
