I feel so happy Sammy is born because I feel like I've been involved in his life since, well, not the very beginning of his conception because Bradley is a respectable man...but shortly after! ;-)

Sammy's family...after all these months!! Bless your heart Samuel!

I think i'm blonde today. I left this message on a way back post- I was catching up, and it was the last post in August (I think).

I was just catching up a bit- I CANT believe you couldn't adopt a kitten!

Yes, dogs and cats can live together in harmony.

Yes, older cats can love a kitten.

Yes, you can teach kids to be gentle and respectful of cats.

Yes, cats can go outside and not be harmed.

Just nuts.

I just did a post on a kitten we found. He is fitting in just fine with our older cat, and the kids are gentle with him.

I hope you can get a kitten soon.

Hey Lawbrat Hi!!! I know I'll find the right cat at some point...and since I've had animals since the day I was born I know them pretty well. If you give them time, animals, cats and dogs will get a long and these crazy people who are now Kitten Kings don't know as much as I do about animals in my opinion...

Hey MaryB-Just read a book of poems to my son, and I laughed when I saw it, Poor Old Jonathan Bing. Of course I thought of you instantly.

PG - I know that a lot of the old children's poems are no longer PC, but some of the lessons of those old rhymes have stuck with me and continue to roll around in my head.

I am so glad you are reading them to your son...!!!!!! (I don't think all life's lessons can be diluted into PC-approved poetry!)
