Happy Shiny Teeth Day

Maybe you're sick of hearing about it, but I promised myself I would not let a single dental appointment go by without extoling the virtues of my dear dentist Ed Kozinn.

He is so special and so is his amazing staff. I love them all.

This visit, he discovered a cavity, so I have to go back next week. Normally I would be terrified and nervous at the thought of drilling and filling, but not with Dr. Kozinn. Lucky me to have found him.

And to the anonymous woman who I met in front of a restaurant who just happened to be talking about how great her dentist was, thanks so much for telling me his name. Otherwise I might never have gone to Dr. Kozinn, and I'd be blowing off dental appointments, shivering in my boots and dreaming about losing my teeth again.

It's amazing how a life-time phobia can be cured with the gentle, kind touch of an expert dentist.

You are so funny-how you love your dentist. I only have liked one dentist and he was in Atlanta. Maybe one day I'll find a nice one.

Jeni, take a plane to CT and go see my dentist. I was a total nut about dentists (hate hate hating them) until I met this prince of a guy.

PG..one must have a dentist they love as the vulnerability involved in laying on your back and opening your mouth up to (what?) takes more trust than a pap smear...(in my mind.) I think you have more nerves in your mouth than in your nether region actually. Can anyone clarify this? I'm going by the homunculus.

Marko, I felt the same way before I met my dentist. There's hope!
