One of the reasons Beau is not fond of Finbar is Finbar's choice of body part to snuggle.

Most of us feel protective of our arse area and don't encourage interlopers to take a nap in such a spot.

We want to choose who, what, when and where something is going to get that close to that area.

Finbar never asks permission, but just seeks out the tail/butt V for a nice nap.

I come here often. I am not sure if I like your photographs. They aren't bad but you aren't writing now. You have a good sense of humor and I like your writing.

OK, what the hell with anon's comments? I'm sure there was a compliment but it's a left-handed one at best.
I was going to think of something related to your cat liking the smell of dog butt but that's obvious and not funny. I'm tired. (=

Hi Anon, Thanks for liking my writing and I don't expect anyone to like my photographs as I am the world's worst photographer, but I am having some fun with it so be prepared: more ugly photos to come!

AMK - I'm not sure what anon meant but I too felt there was a compliment inside that comment...somewhere!

LOL - i love the pics and your writing. The butt V is so utterly classic. The positions animals choose to sleep in are usually a big part of their entertainment value. The other day zoe was laying down, and mister was laying ON top of her at a right angle, their bellies meeting in the middle. But soon as I reached for the camera phone mister got up. :(

It is probably all nice and toasty warm when Beau farts... and the comfy fur.

That's my bet.

Ilanna, Glad you're getting a kick out of my new found obsession of taking really crappy photos with some inane commentary accompanying the photos.

The butt tail vee is classic? Well that explains it to me. Personally I would choose some other place to snuggle, but I'm not a cat.

You have to post pics of your babies for me to see. I have become a photohead.

JDJ, when Beau farts we all take cover...Finbar being a cat might find it a pleasant smell, but the humans run for their lives!

mary - if you go to http://myspace.com/leaderdigital

and watch the photo montage - at the end the last picture is a pic my brother took with his camera of my two puppies - it's the best shot I have available right now - as most of mine are with the camera phone and they don't always stay still. :) i'll try to get more soon - i promise.

Are they yours??

They are gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also I adore a black lab *my niece!" that belongs to Doc and DJ, ...she's so good and kind and wonderful.

If I'm looking at the wrong picture let me know Ilanna.

Nope, the "open/blink" are my two puppies. :) not labs though - lab mixes. :) but those are mine. Mister is the one with his eyes open in front and Zoe is the one blinking behind him. :)my brother is very talented with his camera and the dogs... I need more practice. :)

I stopped by Mindful Things and your comment was like a train wreck. I had to look.

I hope to god that dogs bowels are working correctly or that cat may get one rude awakening.

Scotty, I'm honored you stopped by!! I see your name over at Mindful Things and a few other of my favorite blogs...now I'll have to visit you!!

I can't remember what I left at LB's place, but I'm glad it brought you over for a visit.

Trust me, we have one dog that can let loose an odor that would easily clear a room...maybe the kitten needs a decongestant for his nose!
